Yes. We offer 24-hour valet parking for guests at £45 per night. Electric vehicle charging is available upon request.

We welcome well-behaved dogs of any size in our Deluxe rooms and selected Suites. A pet amenity kit and dedicated dog-walking service are included.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a charge of one night's accommodation.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

Absolutely. Our kitchen accommodates all dietary needs including vegan, vegetarian, coeliac, halal, kosher and complex allergy profiles.

Is there an airport transfer service?

Yes. We offer a complimentary Rolls-Royce transfer from Heathrow for guests staying in our Suite or Penthouse categories. Standard transfers from £95 one way.
